Alfresco addition and renovation in Belmont
A considered outdoor living addition to this Belmont home, creating a sheltered alfresco space that extends the home’s living areas into the garden.
The addition features a clean-lined roof with strategically positioned skylights, bringing natural light into the space while maintaining a strong connection to the outdoors. A frameless-style glass balustrade keeps the garden and surrounding landscape visually connected, while black-stained timber cladding adds warmth, texture and a strong architectural finish.
The project also included new kitchen joinery, designed to complement the home’s updated interior and create a cohesive connection between the kitchen, living and outdoor entertaining spaces.
